Haven't written about what's going on in my life for a while. Been fairly busy getting ready for my deployment. I finished my training in Fredericksburg without any other drama. Sorry I haven't posted for a while, but I've been busy and also not very happy. Didn't want to bum anyone out. Got back to St Louis yesterday. Had a real nice flight back. No clouds, so I got to do spend a lot of time looking out the window polishing my photo interpretation skills. It's really an hour later than what this post claims, because I'm in DC (technically Centreville, VA). I'm here for a trauma aid class; keep'em alive until the pros get there class. It's ok. These last few days have been heavenly in St Louis. Highs in the 70's. Lows in the 50's. Perfect autumn weather even though it's technically summer. It's been more like a September in Wisconsin than Missouri. The A/C is off and we're running the attic fan 24/7. But there's storm clouds on the horizon.

I actually got up early on Sunday. I was up about 7AM, which was good because I wanted to beat the heat for some yardwork. I figured out how to refill the weed wacker and trimmed the front yard. Sorry I haven't posted in a week. But nothing much to say. I spend at least 1.5 hours on the pool most days - about 45 minutes maintenance and at least 45 minutes actually using it. I'm not losing any more weight, but I am seeing ab muscles. Every other day, Kesha has to swim for at least ten minutes. It's helped her a lot physically, even if she ( Read more... )
